工作经历：

1994.7-1997.9 ：武汉生物制品研究所生物制品有限公司。

2000.7-2009.11 ：华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院，讲师。

2005.11-2011.8 ：美国密苏里大学-哥伦比亚分校（University of Missouri-Columbia），博士后，研究科学家。

2011.9-2013.2: 美国斯托瓦斯医学研究所(Stowers Institute for Medical Research），博士后。

2003.2- 至今：内蒙古大学，研究员。

主要研究方向：

⑴ 植物细胞遗传学，现代染色体识别技术及其相关领域的应用；

⑵ 植物多倍体形成、稳定和进化机制；

⑶ 植物染色体工程和多倍体育种。

个人奖励：

3、 国家自然科学基金面上项目，异源三倍体在多倍体形成中的作用和及其发生规律研究；课题负责人；

4、 内蒙古自然科学基金面上项目，栽培马铃薯同源四倍体减数分裂行为研究，课题负责人；

5、 内蒙古大学启动基金，马铃薯现代细胞遗传学体系的建立及其相关研究中的应用，课题负责人；
